I'm sure that there is a lot more to the story than just the information that you have given us. Please send an email with the engine serial number, dealers' names, and a history of your motor to email@example.com . They will investigate your situation and report back to you.
We are sorry to hear that your experiences with your Evinrude have not been satisfactory to you and perhaps we can rectify that.

The Dealers don't want to work on it beacuse they don't have the techs to work on it.
they went with Yamaha and the Mercury beacuse of this problem and the dealers told us this.
they only sell a evinrude and don't want to work on it if there is a problem and evinrude don't want to sell
a EMM with out a dealer. i only have Yamaha or Merucry dealers that are 45 minutes drive to me

have a Evinrude dealer they went to Yamaha or Merucry they use to be a Evinrude dealer but they had a hard time with BRP
that is why they left and went to Yamaha or Merucry.
Usually they will suggest dealers in your area.
