Etec 130 2010 model 130dslisf often loses first or second start

Hi everyone, i have an etec 130 2010 model. My concern is this, if i leave the engine for let's say a week , less or more and go to start it after i have used the manual pump to send fuel to the engine it takes one or two cranks to start it. on third crank usually it is fired up. After that engine runs really good and fast until 5650rpm and goes strong. Spark plugs are checked fuel filters are clean. It even does this sometimes when i fish and the engine might be off for about 1 hour, at that case it will need only one time to crank it and second time will start. But not so often. Can anyone suggest something that i should look at? i also have evdiagnostics so i can check there if there is any need. Thank you.

Have a tech run a  full engine report and look for any abnormalities, especially in the voltage areas. Inspect the blue capacitor, take compression checks, evaluate sparkplug condition, as well as starter, cables, and battery. The motor has to crank over quickly to assist starting. Fuel pressure readings and leakdown are important.

 

If everything checks out, often replacing the spring in the pressure relief valve keeps the fuel cooler and can alleviate hard starting warm.
