Prop Thrust Washer

I have a 150 HP ETec 2014 pontoon series. It came with a Stainless prop 15x14 pitch. I want to go to a 15-1/2 x 13 pitch aluminum eveinrude prop. My thrust washer is to small diameter and the prop nut will bottom out on the shaft before it gets tight. What are the OEM thrust washer and prop nut numbers I need?

The stainless came with a insert spline and key system.
