Kim Bain-Moore (Team Evinrude)
Kim and her family always made a point of enjoying the outdoors and spending time together fishing, boating and hunting in Australia. Naturally, she was drawn to professional fishing at an early age. She began nurturing her skills over 16 years ago and entered the circuit as one of few female co-anglers. Today, she can proudly call herself a professional angler, an international photojournalist, and the first ever female angler to qualify for the Bassmaster Classic. Her irrefutable talent, enthusiasm and overall refreshing disposition caught the attention of fellow angler Andre Moore. Kim and Andre, now married, are a power couple taking on the world of professional fishing. They currently live in Alabama.
C.A. Richardson (Team Evinrude)
C.A. Richardson joins Team Evinrude as a Florida native and saltwater fishing aficionado. Years of fishing in the Tampa Bay beaches and flats prompted him to register for a number of local, regional and national tournaments. After gaining credibility at the IFA Redfish Tour in 2000, he had further success in the ESPN Redfish Cup and FLW Redfish Series All-Star Series. In 2007, Richardson won the Pro Tarpon Tournament Series in Boca Grande. Richardson also maintains a vocation to teach, which he fulfills by hosting the Flat Class TV series and working as a full-time in-shore fishing guide.
David Walker (Team Evinrude)
Michigan born David Walker entered his first bass fishing contest in a small, tin boat with an even smaller engine. Although he didn’t come out on top that time, fifteen years of practice and persistence landed Walker a career as one of the hottest professional bass anglers around. In 1990, he was named the FLW Angler of the year. Since then, he’s participated in over 70 tournaments, with 13 finishes in the top ten. David currently lives in Tennessee with his wife and two daughters, all of whom share in his love of fishing.
Bill Grannis
Bill Grannis’ background consists of over 45 years servicing practically every Johnson-Evinrude model from the 1940’s up to the latest offerings from Sturtevant, Wisconsin. He also worked in OMC Engineering Dept. for several years, which enhanced his understanding about how outboards are designed, developed, and produced.
Erich Zellmer
Erich Zellmer is president of the Beaverland Must-Skis Water Ski Show Team, which performs all summer in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin and competes at the state and national level. Erich has been working with Evinrude engines since his first job in high school, and depends on them to keep the Must-Skis on top of the water.
Chad Brauer (Honorary Team Evinrude member)
Chad grew up watching his father, Denny Brauer, compete in the bass fishing circuit for over 25 years. Developing his skills under his father’s tutelage allowed him to launch his own professional fishing career over ten years ago. To date, he’s competed in over 50 tournaments, placing 1st in the 1996 BASS Tennessee Top 100. Last year, he blew away the competition during the Red River Bassmaster series, pulling in a three day total of 56 lbs., over 16 lbs. more than the runner up. When Chad isn’t honing his talents on the water, he’s spending time in his hometown of Osage, MO with his family.
Paul Meleen (Honorary E-TEAM member)
Paul Meleen is a former Team Evinrude member and a freshwater fishing pro. He successfully mastered the art of walleye fishing at an early age and was named the FLW Walleye Tour Angler of the Year in 2010. Meleen attributes his success to constant practice and diligence. He’s out on the water from sunrise to sundown perfecting his skills. He has competed in over 49 FLW events since 2000 and he doesn’t plan on stopping anytime soon. Paul is also quite the chef. When he finds a spare minute, he likes to conjure up new, delicious ways to prepare his catch.
