Different serial number format 110 HP Evinrude

I purchased a used Tracker Pro 110 HP Evinrude on a Nitro bass boat to use on my tritoon but cannot determine the year of the motor from the numbers on the outboard, they differ from all the model number formats I can find online.  I'm looking for parts for it but the model and serial numbers don't show up on any online sites I can find.  Can anyone tell me the year this outboard was made by the numbers in the photos I posted?  Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

1979 100 hp. -  That does not appear to be the original motor cover.

The factory recommends that a properly trained technician service your Johnson or Evinrude outboard motor. Should you elect to perform repairs yourself, use caution, common sense, and observe safety procedures in the vicinity of flammable liquids, around moving parts, near high-temperature components, and working with electrical or ignition systems.

The information offered here is only general in nature and should not be construed as complete factory approved procedures, techniques, or specifications. Always use the proper service manual for your motor, up-to-date service literature, the correct tools, and have an understanding of how to proceed with troubleshooting and repair methods. If you are unsure or uncomfortable with a procedure, a situation, or a technique, enlist the services of a factory trained technician.

Re: Different serial number format 110 HP Evinrude

If this is a '79 model then it was sold fraudulently to me, please show me where you were able to find the year by the model number (online link or photo from manual, etc.) so I can show the Seller when I go to get my money back.  I bought it as is, but not as a '79 and I should have recourse.
Thank you for this information, it was a shocker, to say the least, but now it appears I have a whole new problem to resolve.
