The new small Evinrude portable outboards

Just wondering how those new small Evinrude portable outboards made by Tohatsu have been selling.? Also wondering if there has been any further talk of producing the 9.9/15 hp E-tec outboards I have been told they have

tested.

With the present economy both in the US and worldwide, I doubt that you will see a small 9.9 E-TEC anytime soon.

Evinrude has a 15hp HO E-TEC available but it is designed more as a heavy duty trolling (kicker) motor for multi-species and off-shore fishing boats and it has power trim on it.
