115 HO G2 cant reset the fuel tank capacity [ Edited ]

Hi,

We recently bought a 2020 evinrude 115 ho e-tec g2, great motor but we cant reset the fuel tank capacity.  Every time we go to the screen and change the fuel tank capacity and click the button to accept this input it won't take it and resets to zero again.  Any ideas how we might remedy?

We're located in New Zealand.

It will most likely require EV6 diagnostic software to set the fuel tank capacity.
Which instrument/gauge are you using?

I have same motor in NZ and initially had same issue - needed a software update and reset by Techs at dealer. Suggest return to dealer - if in Auck suggest the main ETEC dealer in Manukau/Wiri
