Thanks.. i came across them.originally when i was having a problem with slop in the tiller handle being loose with the pivot bolt torqued to specs. The proper amount of grease i the pivot is what firms everyrhing up. I found some plastic plugs that have the same diameter so ill use them for this season. Gentle pressure on a hand operated grease gun should cause the grease to go half way down that hole and seep out around the nylon bushings of the handle tilt shaft. There could be corossion, either salt or calcium around that shaft blocking the grease passage causing too much pressure on the plastic plug balls at the bottom.
