Hey i was wondering if anyone had any info on the oil lift pump such as specs like how many volts it is using off the engine i think mine has gone bad and need to trouble shoot it, if any has any suggestions please let me know
The oil lift pump on a '99 225 HP FICHT is not electrical, it is a diaphragm pump powered by the pulses from the crankcases.
A warning signal for NO OIL could be from low oil pressure or an electrical problem with the oil injector circuit. The diagnostic software report can tell if it is pressure or electrical related.

The factory recommends that a properly trained technician service your Johnson or Evinrude outboard motor. Should you elect to perform repairs yourself, use caution, common sense, and observe safety procedures in the vicinity of flammable liquids, around moving parts, near high-temperature components, and working with electrical or ignition systems.
The information offered here is only general in nature and should not be construed as complete factory approved procedures, techniques, or specifications. Always use the proper service manual for your motor, up-to-date service literature, the correct tools, and have an understanding of how to proceed with troubleshooting and repair methods. If you are unsure or uncomfortable with a procedure, a situation, or a technique, enlist the services of a factory trained technician.
As Bluewater Bill stated above, Fichts have no electric oil pump. It uses a diaphragm pump. No fuse for these.
The oil injector is electric with a fuse on the PDP panel if that's what you are alluding to.
