Evinrude ficht 90hp

Hey people, new here.
Just camping at the moment a few hours away from home. Recently put a 90hp ficht on my ally boat and so far have been happy with it.
Until now.
Had a check engine alarm go off today, after removing the plugs noticed 3 were black and one had been firing but quite clean in comparison.

Replaces the 3 dirty ones and cruised back in WOT with no issues

Got back too camp, pulled the plugs, 3 are quite black and one is what I would call normal, maybe a touch on the too clean side.

Anyways not an urgent matter as seems too be running well enough for the rest of the trip, out again tomorrow. Just can't get my head around why this would be happening.
Always owned older two strokes and never seen this before.

To avoid any future problems, it is recommended that your dealer check over your motor. With a bit of low speed running, the plugs will normally be black looking. The "normal" looking plug could be from an injector running lean or intermittently. You do not want to chance it.

The CHECK ENGINE warning light will register a service code in the EMM (engine computer) memory and will give the tech a starting place to look.

The factory recommends that a properly trained technician service your Johnson or Evinrude outboard motor.
