Continue to experience high temp warning light and alarm. Have replaced both thermostats, water pump and impellar. This is a continuing problem whose fequency is increasing with minimal running time. Any suggestions...I'm in Baja, Mexico without a dealer in sight! I'm dealing with a 2007 E200DHXSCF motor.
Have you checked to see if the TEMP warning is for the engine or the EMM?
If not, follow the cooling lines for the EMM and the vapor separator tank and make sure all fittings, hoses, and passageways are clear and have good water flow throught them.
On the engine, check the thermostat conditions and for any debris in the pressure relief valve assembly.

E200DHXSCF actually a 2008 motor. DOM date of manuf. or DOP date of purchase means nothing on these.
Water pump impeller must be installed and impeller to shaft seated locked per detailed replacement instructions, or flow output will be low
If the EMM>VST cooling lines and internal cooling tubes in the EMM and VST are clean and flowing freely and codes indicate motor heads overheat, then>
If the overheating is occuring above 1500 rpms, replace the PRV. Wear failure service part. There have been improvements and upgrades to PRV since your motor came out of factory.
Replace the opening pressure sprint with lower pressure option spring if no improvement after replacing the PRV.
Add an E. water pressure sensor to your motor and a NMEA2000 network with digital gauge/MFD to display running water pressure protecting your expensive investment.
