Maintenance and prop suggestions

Have a gen 1 etec 115.has a great hole shot and not using any fins or stabilizer setup.Runs 5600 rpm on a 2015 glastron dual console, fully loaded at 2900#.
Engine was programmed to burn xd50, but use xd100...was told to do this by dealer(tech said it will double oil and last longer)
Questions are as follows.
1.I turn a 14.8x17 aluminum prop,is this rpm a little too low and possibly straining the engine and lower unit in your opinion and if so what prop size/pitch recommendations do you have?
2.I have 400 hours on the motor and I replaced the spark plugs, fuel filter twice, and lower unit oil at 250 hrs.im still on the original waterpump.
It does not overheat idling at the ramp sometimes for 15 minutes waiting to get pulled out and doesn't overheat running w.o.t. for a 20 min run to the sandbars.spits gobs full out the water exit as I dont use the streamer screw insert.
Should I be worried or go another season?
What are your opinions captains?
Just want it to last as long as possible. Thanks

Re: Maintenance and prop suggestions

5600 rpm is ok and not stressing the engine.
At 400 hours replacing the water pump may not be necessary but would be good insurance to prevent future problems.
