evinrude 130 e-tech dieing

i have just bought a boat a 18,6 dargel with a 2013 130 e-tech and been out a hand full of time's fishing. seems to run good although its died on me twice. both times have happend on take off and the rpm's will fall off and engine will die after about 15-30mintues it will restart and run fine. any info would be great
