what is best for smooth landings a fast spinning propp ( smaller pitch and 4 blade) or a "slow" running prop ( 3 blade with high pitch rating)? What can you do for the rigging? lowering or rasng the engine ( 2 bolts down or 2 bolts up?)

There is no such thing as a "slow running prop". Any prop used should have a pitch that allows the engine to turn about 5800 rpm or 5500 with a heavy load. First the height must be set so the AV (cavitation) plate is on top of the water at cruise with the engine trimmed for best performance. A four blade prop would most likely give you a better bite on the water.
