Nameplate missing

Hi all,
I'm Hans (Nautilus) a new member from Holland, Rotterdam.
My Johnson outboard two stroke has no indentification plate, So I hope somebody Can help me out.
There is a number stamped on a aluminium plate, the number is:
G3083555
Howmany horse power is the engine and from what year.

Thanks a lot for your Quick response. Now I know a lot more.

Do you know if I Can use the tail end a 50 hp joh'son tail from from 1979 Can be used on this engine?

Or

Can I mount the stator from the 1992 engine on the 1979 engine?
